These terms apply when you work with KVM Technologies FZE LLC ("KVM", "we"), either by engaging us for software development services or by buying a digital product (such as credits, content or a membership) in one of the apps or websites we operate. An app may also have its own terms of use, which apply alongside these.

Software development services

For app, website, software and AI projects, we agree the scope, deliverables, timeline and price in a written proposal or statement of work before work starts. Where that document differs from these terms, the proposal or statement of work applies.

• Fees and payment. Fixed-scope projects are invoiced by milestone, usually with a deposit before work begins. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance each month. Invoices are payable by card through Stripe or by bank transfer, within the time shown on the invoice.
• Changes. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.
• Ownership. Once an invoice is paid, you own the code, designs and other deliverables created for you under it. We may reuse our own general tools, libraries and know-how, and open-source components remain under their own licences.
• Your responsibilities. You provide timely feedback, content and access to the accounts we need (for example app store, hosting or domain accounts), and you confirm you have the rights to anything you give us to use.
• Confidentiality. We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project.
• Ending an engagement. Either side can end a monthly plan with 30 days' written notice. If a fixed-scope project is stopped early, you pay for work completed to that point and receive everything produced so far.

Digital products

Our products are digital and are delivered to your account in the app as soon as payment is confirmed. Prices are shown before you buy, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Credits can only be used inside the app they were bought for, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while your account is open.

Payment

Payments on our websites are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Purchases made inside our iPhone or Android apps are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and their refund rules apply to those purchases.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for purchases made with it.

Refunds and cancellations

See our refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or the payment is reversed, the credits or content it added are removed from the account.

Liability

We work carefully and test what we deliver, but software is provided "as is" except where a proposal or statement of work says otherwise. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any purchase or engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these terms affects consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Purchases and engagements are governed by the terms in force when they were made.
